About you

You've done the big company thing — or the agency thing, or the consulting thing — and now you're ready to move faster and make bigger impact.

You’ve spent real time in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or measurement, whether that’s in tech, consulting, media, agency, or client-side. You know what MMM is and you’ve either built models or worked closely with people who do.

You can hold your own in a room with a CMO and a data scientist. You’re great at making complex stuff easy for people. You’re not precious about hierarchy; you’ll jump on a call, build a deck, chase a data issue, whatever it takes.

You’re excited about AI and what it means for the way we work. Not in a vague “I read an article about it” way — you want to be at the front of it.

What you’ll do

We've built the most advanced marketing effectiveness platform on the planet. Now we need someone who can walk into a room full of CMOs, break down the marketing science, and show them exactly where their next million dollars of growth is hiding.

• Own the customer relationship from onboarding onwards — get them live, get them confident, get them making decisions with the platform.

• Be the smartest person in the room on marketing effectiveness — walk clients through what their data is telling them, what to change, and what it’ll be worth.

• Build and deliver sector-level thought leadership — use GrowthOS data to produce analysis that makes customers (and prospects) sit up.

• Work with the Model Scale team on hard problems — complex model structures, multi-brand architectures, tricky data environments.

• Feed the product — you’re closest to the customer, so you’ll shape what we build next. You’re nerdy about synergies, about how to measure brand equity, about creativity and you have opinions to share.

• Drive platform adoption — through training, materials, and education. Make GrowthOS sticky.

• Take ownership of customer value — engagement, growth, expansion. These are your numbers.

• Work from anywhere: take your laptop and work from wherever you want for up to 6 weeks a year.
