The Role
This is a hybrid role - you will spend 60% of your time working as the CEO’s executive assistant. Precision, discretion, and adaptability are key to keeping priorities clear, momentum high, and the CEO focused on what matters most.
For the other 40% of your time, you'll be responsible for creating a well-organized, energizing, and functional environment where our team can do their best work.
This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, highly organized, and thrives on making things better, cleaner, faster, and more fun.
We are in “scale up mode” : constantly growing and moving at a fast pace. This is a role which is at the heart of that growth, having visibility to senior leadership and business operations, you will be instrumental to the reliability of our business operations.
What You’ll Do
Office Operations
Ensure the office runs smoothly — managing supplies, vendors, maintenance, and space setup.
Own landlord and service provider relationships.
Keep the office tidy, stocked, and welcoming.
Team & Culture
Support onboarding, desk setups, IT access, passes, and team swag.
Drive team culture through events, offsites, and celebrations.
Collaborate with Chief of Staff and Head of Talent on team bonding.Executive Support
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, deadlines, and business travel.
Provide life admin support including personal scheduling, errands, and household coordination.Project Coordination
Track ELT initiatives, deadlines, and cross-functional actions.
Streamline business processes (e.g., reviews, policies, onboarding).Confidentiality
Maintain discretion and professionalism with all sensitive information.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience working as an EA in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup or scale-up experience preferred)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills - attention to detail is a must !
Proactive mindset - you are always looking for a way to improve an existing process

Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
